Photo on social media after divorce

My cousin's first marriage was on April, 2018 as hindu. After only one month she has taken divorce on Rs. 100 stamp paper. After that she again married to another person on December,2019. Now his first husband has uploaded photos and status of married to my cousin. We go to police and police said that divorce was not legal because we cannot get divorce on stamp paper. What can we do to out from this trouble. First husband just try to defame my cousin.

A.Send legal notice though it is not mandatory. If nothing happens positively in ur favour or cousin can file criminal complaint

A.second marriage without dissolving the first marriage through the court is invalid and the ex husband can file a case of bigamy against your sister for BIGAMY

A.Dear client,
Your cousin sister stamp paper divorce is not valid, hence marriage with another man or person is adultery and illegal , also first marriage is valid till this date.
Now you can not live with your first husband.
Hence, you should file Divorce in Family court. For further legal advice you may consult on online cellphone through this site after paying consultancy fees, ₹1750/-.

A.It is true that divorce on stamp paper has no value in the eye of law.....And because of that the second marriage performed is also not a legal marriage in the eye of law.
