How a person without any personal ID can get covid vaccination. Since the person is a mentally retarded he does not have any personal ID documents. Kindly suggest if there is a legal way out.

This will depend on the individual hospital's policy. However, this person does have a right to receive adequate medical care and as such, is entitled to the vaccine.

You are not guilty of any offence as you were exercising your right to self-defence under Sections 96 and 97 CrPC. If the case goes to trial, you will be acquitted.
You can make an application to the High Court under Section 482 CrPC to quash the case.

You will have to keep making complaints to the hospital's grievance redressal till someone is sympathetic to you.
There is little a Court can do to help you with this as it is common practice for juniors to have to work harder across almost all disciplines.

As nothing illegal occurred, you can file a petition in the High Court to get your suspensions revoked. Defamation is punishable under Sections 499 and 500 IPC, if the anonymous numbers slandered your reputation, the police can help you locate and identify them.
