Education Loan - Collateral
I urgently need an education loan, but the only collateral I can provide is a non-agricultural plot without any building. Is there a bank or a way I can keep this as a collateral.

A. you done eNACH and after that your claim of not accepting TnC or completing KYC and started course is cheating.
But institute can not hold refund. It will not refund completely but you will get refund.
send a legal notice by lawyer to both institute and finance firm.

A. You can file consumer complaint for refund of money in terms of policy. Humara India credit cooperative society ltd is not under scrutiny but before proceeding check the status.

A. who gave u the references catch hold of him/her. These people also get commissions for referring clients. Aslo send a legal notice to them & file a cheating case. All together a expensive process.
