The best thing to do is to file a complaint with the police for fraud and cheating. You friend's father is also a victim as he was unaware of the broker's real intentions. Civil money recovery proceedings can be instituted against the broker by all those who have been aggrieved by his actions. As the limitation period of three years has expired, they will also have to file an application for the condonation of delay, if they have genuine reasons for the same.

You have to make an agreement-(Friendly Loan Agreement) and mention that" How you lended 6 lakh in cash to your friend" and 1 Lahk through online transfer. You have to mention the dates on which you are given the Cash and Online transfer. if your friend is ready to give you PDS and sign the promissory note then you have to mention that PDS in the said agreement. Further, you should declare this friendly loan amount in your ITR also.

After that present the said PDS in your bank.
