If you do not resist they may sit on your throat and recover the same. Get issue a strong legal notice as it is time barred debt and threaten to approach media and highlight their mischievous acts in recovering time barred debts.

A. Hi,
You can go to the court for recovery of money by selling his property. The police can choose to track his location via his mobile. And the punishment for Section 420 IPC, will be a maximum imprisonment for 7 years with or without fine.
