A. Try solving this case involving all the elder members of the family and let them decide. Even after that . if they are still doing the same thing file suit against the girl and her family forcing you to getting married to a girl whom you don't want to marry. They may try to turn tables by asking for dowry you may get a help from your legal attorney who would help you in such a situation. But, the better option is to try solving it with in the family without having to take it to the Court.
