A. dear client in your present case, you can file a suit for claim in the property and prove that in spite of the house being in your fathers name you have paid the amount. The court will give regards to your hard earned money.

A. dear client in your matter posted by you and the remedy apprehended by you by filing the suit under the said section is different. The order for evacuation can b given by a Court only and can be executed by police. Police has no power or authority to give order.The query of time cannot be answered arbitrarily as because it depends on various factors. The local advocate would be the best person to answer that.

A. dear client in your case Give a written complaint to the association with a copy to the other owner. if they don't do anything then send legal notices to both of them to get it done. Also find out what are the Society bylaws in such matter.
