icon Can foster son (Not adopted son) claim ancestors property

Just because a person's name is mentioned as a foster son in the will, is it sufficient for him to claim for total ancestors property stating that he inherited the property?

A. Hi,
Ancestral property cannot be claimed by one person to the exclusion of the other legal heirs, they are all entitled to an equal share. However, if there are no other heirs, then the property will be disposed according to the terms of the will.

It is advised to you all to sell your property either individually or as joint owners.
Don't sell the property to one and wait for him to sell it to the third party to claim your amount.
