iam ( un married), and in relationship with married women , she already applied for diverse and under process from 2 years , now she facing problems at home nd lost her job . can I provide shelter to home for her nd provide assistance to her until she get diverse. later we proceed to Marriage
A.She may not be punished but you will be booked under section 498 IPC. Take wise decision.

A.Providing shelter is ok but then this can create some negativity for her divorce case. Especially in case of maintenance, it can be cancelled on this ground (unchaste character). So, think before yo do this and also consider the allegations that she would have put up in the divorce petition. Ensure that those allegations do not weakened because of the reason that she starts staying with you.
