A.Sex with a married person is not illegal in India but that is valid ground called ADULTERY, for seeking divorce.

A.Dear client,
Extra martial affair was initially a criminal offence but now it is no more a criminal offence.
Though this is a legal ground to claim divorce and you need to approach family court for the same.
It violates the right if women.
