My husband has azoospermia so we can't become parents n i suffered std whenever we make physical relationship and prior to this his family harassed me for dowry n we started to live separately from my in-laws n thr r other things they hide from me. They didn't provide me my daily needs like gud shelter, clothing, medical treatment in case of any disease. On ground of my husband's infertility n sex disease of infection can I get my marriage considered as null and void from court?
A.If you want to give divorce then you can give on the basis of cruelty .For infertility take medical advice.

A.Yes, you can get a decree of nullity in your favour under the Hindu Marriage Act on the above grounds.

A.No, marriage cannot be considered null or void. You can ask for divorce and can file divorce petition in court and only when you petition if allowed and decree is accordingly passed by court dissolving your marriage only then your marriage shall stand dissolved. Denial of fruits of marriage and causing cruelty are grounds of divorce.
