A.Hi, Do you really want divorce ? It is only one month ask the reason of it to them and record all that .Would be better for both of you to resolve the matter amicably if it is possible otherwise you have to wait for one year for filing divorce.

A.You can file for custody of child. Upon contest, the court will grant only visitation rights to you i.e., to visit your child during week end i.e., monthly once or twice.
With regard to divorce, it is not that easy. You need to prove your case with material proofs of the reasons stated in your post. Preferably sort out the issues amicably, and that, the welfare and welbeing of the child is of paramount importance, for the fights between you people his life is spoiled.
NOTE:
If you deserve divorce, you need collate all material proofs / evidences to support your case and file.
Be prepared to face false criminal cases from them.

A.Try to solve the issues and differences between you and your wife amicably. Decision to take divorce in just a month would be a hurried decision. Give her some time and try to sort and reconcile with her for the next few weeks. All the best.
