My wife is separated from me 3 months ago. 1 year marriage completed...She will not stay with me at matrimonial home. She wants to stay separate with me otherwise she will not come to matrimonial home. Now i am wanting divorce but she will not come to coperate with me . What should i do?w

A.if the situations are like that divorce is the only solution for your peaceful life then you can proceed with divorce petition assigning the justified grounds /reasons before court. of course as this will not be mutual divorce due to your wife's non co-operation still you can fight for your right if you are unable to continue marital life.
