I got married in Dec. 2018..Since marriage only my wife is short tempered and again n again fights with me over trivial issues n says let's take mutual divorce I never wanted to marry I always wanted to be a single mother and leaves our house n stays at her place.
.its me n my parents who always requests n insist her to come back...last year only in May we were blessed with baby girl n we all left our own house n bought a rental accommodation near her house so that she doesn't miss her maternal place and can meet them easily..After the baby's birth she came and stayed our house just for 5 days and picked up a fight unnecessary, the fight was so bad that at one point she pushed my aged dad and my mother was crying all the while...i called her mother n requested her to take her back so that she can bring her to normal as only she can calm her..then we both lost contact for almost 4 months and I could not even be with my baby as she took her also..Again..on her birthday in sep. 2019..I went consoled her and requested her to come back...she came with these conditions :
1.the baby would be taken care by maid as I have my parents with me so I somehow managed to convince her wih much efforts that this small baby needs a family person not a maid so she said the baby would sleep with my parents at night and every alternate day the baby would be with her maternal grandparents n as she is teacher she has to go to school in the morning..So it was finalised three days here and three days at her place...and she told us that don't ever look at her salary.. We don't even take anything from her...but if anything she brings she writes in her diary and says making a note of it..
After coming back also my mother was doing major household chorus and taking care of baby also... During lockdown also she had no school still the baby continued to be with my parents at night and day. She kept on staying with her parents for 15 days in a month n said I need some space..
Now again she said she wants to divorce and accused us for mental harrasment n my father also in false allegations.. We met her for mutual meeting wherein in front of everyone she said that we have done third degree torture with her though she has ruined our life... She is asking 40 lakhs which is impossible as my salary is just 50000 per month... Please suggest what to do.. she said she would never divorce ruin my life or sometimes says that I would file dv case against me and my family and says that we all have compelled her to take divorce... Please suggest what to do now??
