A.If the spirit of Notice is against your interest and wishes then simply send reply through an experienced Lawyer and deny the contents. Mutual divorce is not a forced upon thing.

A.Dear client go through the grounds/reason of divorce mentioned in the notice and send him suitable reply . This notice also amounts to mental torture on basis of which along with other reasons file case under Domestic violence act.
