One muslim guy who is married and he has 2 kids..He is not living with his wife since 1.5years he dont want live with her anymore but he wants his kids at any cost..his wife is 8 years elder than him...and he was not aware about that...after first pregnancy he got to know about this apart for that she is not even taking care of him..
She never perform her basic works as well..just bcz of kids he is managing ...now about me I m hindu unmarried girl..i also face some issues in my life so the thing is we were fall in love when our situation was so worst..Can u plzhelp me what we have to do now as my parents are not happy with this relation or dont want to do marriage with this guy..pls help me what I have to do now..we will not suppose to leave each other plz suggest me what kind of step is good for both

A.Dear Madam,
You will be in more trouble if you marry with that guy think wisely and go for another relationship and get marry.

A.Hi,
It is advisable that the guy first gets divorce from his first wife which can be done with mutual consent as well by sending her notice for divorce.

A.How can you rely on a person who could not be honest with his wife and children and is running away from his responsibilities. Such person is not reliable and trustworthy so donot continue with relation. Person is making you fool and will spoil your life. Go with advise and wishes of your parents and family members who are concern with you.

Issue a legal notice to his wife then issue divorce to her under muslim law
