I have paid the whole cost of flat in Dwarika housing societyin 1996to2000 And the flat is in my possession from day one. The registration is on my relative name and she wants to take over the flat without paying single panney. Kindly advise.

A.Hi,
You need to get the property transferred to your name. Then only the property will be legally yours.

A.You can file Civil suit for Declaration of ownership in Civil Court.

A.You will have to prove how u have contributed to the flat purchase and why entire title related with your relative. As u r in possession you can alternatively file civil suit also.
