Conjugal rights

I got transferred to my spouse area.I came to my house for maternity leave where I am served here with divorce notice.I was staying with my in-laws.I don't have anybody except my husband in my work place.i am having three months old son.Where can I stay.Can I ask for conjugal rights?

A.it seems you dont want divorce.
what divorce grounds he took.
filing divorce does not mean divorce is given, the ground have to be proven.
you can file conjugal rights but it can not be forced.
you can file for maintenance and residence rights.

A.If you don't want divorce you can file a restitution of conjugal rights under sec 9 of the hindu marriage act.
