Dilemma between Petitioner and Opposite party
3 years ago
1. Let in an R.P case person A was the petitioner and person B was the opposite party.
2. Order went in favor of person A.
3. Person B filed a Misc Case on that R.P. case.
Now my question is that, in the order of that Misc case, who will be treated aa Petitioner and who will be the opposite party ?
A.It all depends of the facts and the case and without knowing who is the aggrieved party it is very difficult to answer your question .
