If I have photos of wife with her colleagues and in which she can be seen wearing company ID Card. Will court reject her application for interim maintenance and right to residence?

A.Hi,
You can submit them as evidences but, maintenance only depends upon the discretion of the court.

A.Hi,
The maintenance depends particularly upon the discretion of the court, however, you can submit the ID Card as an evidence.
