Can SRA flat transfer on my name.

I am having a flat in Mumbai in my name. According to my father's Will, I am getting his SRA flat. Can it transfer to my name?

A.Hi,
Under S.R.A. Rules if you own a flat in BMC you are not entitled to own S.R.A. flat.

If you already own a BMC flat, then you can not get a SRA flat on your name, as per SRA rules.
