Condonation of Delay for 138 cheque bounce case, my advocated has done fraud, taken my money and file for filling 138 case for cheque bounce, 1 year he wasted time, 2 times in 3months cheque valid time i had done cheque bounce and gave to advocate, after 3 months valid period expired, covid stated

A.You can file along with delay petition, due to unforeseen pandemic situation, I'm unable file within limited period.

A.Hi,
You can file a suit for money recovery to recover the fees paid to him. File a complaint under S.35 of the Advocates Act in the High Court, for his misconduct.

Yes, you can file an application for condonation of delay and also file a complaint against the lawyer for fraud. You can also recover your money from him by filing a civil suit for money recovery.
