I am a Muslim man and i have differences with my wife from last couple of months now i want to divorce her but she is not agreeing and i have no child also i am working in Banking sector kindly tell me can i marry second girl after divorcing her or is it mandatory that she must accept my divorce first than i can marry

A.Hi,
As a Muslim man, you can practice polygamy. However, it is better to obtain a divorce from the first wife prior to that, especially if she is unwilling to participate in the marriage.

A.You can marry another girl without divorcing your wife. Divorce is not mandatory for Muslim for marriage upto 4 wives.
You no need to ask her consent to divorce her but Islam doesn't entertaining talaq it's permissible when there is no other way.
