Hi.. This is in regards to joint tenancy in commercial property in west bengal. Need to know if in kount tenancy one person does and he does not run tge business on the commercial premises and it is only the second tenant who has the shop running on the premises. Does the legal heir have any claim in case of death of their father on the commercial property in joint tenancy in west bengal kolkata
