i have married inn august 2013. with in two months he started his suspicious behavior on me while i am studying MBA i got married in second sem last and also he started beating me. and in jan 7 he broken my right hand . right hand ligaments tear n cut also . still i am staying with him i did not even told my parents n in-laws also . and still for some silly reasons he is use to beat me . mental torcher , rash behavior, very bad words he used on me . in dat stage 99 percent i used to control , very bad bad words . And from his family also i got issues with his mother n sisters also .He did not even give us a proper food for me my kids . no health food no proper care for my me my children . and coming to me no clothing , there is no regular basis needs for me . and before servants he used to beat me and now major problem he created some illegal affair on me and created problem on me ,and passed all rumors on me all near by neighbours . and also he created me bad in my relatives . so for that sake i want to go to divorce and some night time poojas after 10 till 12:30 .so all these issues are there .and even he is saying for my kids that your mom is bad , she is beating u right each and every day he is injecting these words to my kids so for this i need divorce so can i get please help in this .

You will be granted divorce on the grounds of cruelty even if there isn't mutual consent. You can send a legal notice to him seeking divorce. if you find this helpful, please rate us.

You can file a case of domestic violence from ur mother's side on her.

Incidents mention in your questions are very Sad things so you can file.
1) File case DV Act before Magistrate
2) Divorce and maintenance petition before family court.
