Divorce procedure in forced marriage

Hello
I would like to know the legal process for divorce in forced marriage due to blackmail and also actions I can take from my side legally against them

A.Hi,
Forced marriages are not legal, they are considered void. You can move to court and get your marriage declared void as you had not given free consent for the same and the other party had forced you into it. Once the marriage is declared void, no need of getting divorce will be left. Thank You

A.Hi,
Since you had not given your free consent for the marriage, you can move to court where your marriage will be declared void, if evidences are showed in the court which can prove that you were blackmailed to get married to that person. A complaint can be filed against the said party for forcing you to get married. Thank You

A.Dear Client,
Forced marriage is illegal, without ur consent. You can move in family court for annulment of ur marriage ( within 1 year of ur marriage)and after 1yr. Divorce, or writ at high court.
You can lodge FIR first if not, then file complaint petition through advocate for blackmailing and forced marriage at CJM court. Or
