Disposed Case Nature of Disposal Disposed Case Nature of Disposal

Hello,

I filed maintenance case and recovery case against my husband. My husband also filed divorce case against me.

Recently we signed mutual consent in divorce case and got the judgement in the divorce case filed by my husband. I have not read the judgement yet. But I can see the divorce case status as disposed with Uncontested-Judgement status.

For my case of maintenance I see disposed Uncontested-Dismissed where I also filed a case withdrawn application and in the recovery case I see disposed status as Uncontested-Otherwise.

I would like to know the case case disposed status meaning. If anyone here can help me in understanding this please.

A.Dear Sir,
You should not believe the online messages/status as they may mislead since they are stock data which will be displayed. Better to get entire orders and copy of entire order sheet of respective cases.

A.disposed with Uncontested-Judgement status - This means that the case has reached the judgement and the parties. This is about your MCD.

disposed Uncontested-Dismissed - This means that the case is dismissed/closed as the parties did not contest ( meaning fought for it)

A.Hi,
By 'case disposed' it means that the case is completed in the court proceedings. It means that matter or the case has been decided by the court on the basis of merits or a judgement or order.
