Land dispute assigned land

My father was original assignee. We are from telangana. We did not know about the whereabouts of the land. Recently came to know. Checking the mro records till 2005 my father name.in records. Adjacent farmer mr x got his name and his family members names recorded in revenue records and also got new pass books. Now pursuing case with collector but they are least bothered and not taking any action. Checking further records we came to know that mr x has grabbes around 17.0 acres of lands in the same manner. He has pvt lands as well . He is not at all eligible for assignment of land.
Now he is trying to sell our land along with his pvt lands to a influential person. We dont even know the biundaries of our land.In case he is succesful in selling this land we may never be able to find our land. He has clubbed his pvt lands and other assigned lands cleverly so that no body can find out which one is pvt land and which one is assigned land. I want to stop him from selling his lands till all lands are demarcated properly. If we stop him from doing so he will come for setllement with us
