My husband is in airforce and have filled a divorce petition. I want to stay with him

A.There is no difference if he is in Military or he is Military Lawyer.
If you want to stay then you can try only because he cant be forced to live with you.
you can refer his case to mediation.
Mediator will help you to solve issues and reunite.
Else You can file for restitution of conjugal rights under section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act.

A.You can file Petition against him for Restitution of Conjugal Rights under your personal laws, however please note that even if you win the case for Restitution of Conjugal Rights, the same can be appealled by your husband and if it is not complied upto the period of one year the same again leads to reason for seeking divorce. Hence I would suggest you to talk to your husband and solve your matter amicably.

A.Hi,
You can file a petition under Section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act which is related to Restitution of Conjugal Rights. The court will order your husband to stay together. You can also refer your case to mediation.

A.यदि आप के पति ने आपके विरुद्ध तलाक की याचिका डाल दी है।
आपको अपने पति के विरुद्ध धारा 9 हिन्दू विवाह अधिनियम के अन्तर्गत केस दर्ज कर सकती हो।
जब आप तलाक के केस में अपना जबाब दाखिल करो तब भी आप उसमे काउंटर क्लेम धारा 9 का आधार ले सकते हो।
