Dear Sir/ma,am
I bought a residential house registry was done on January 2021
That time owner's son was living with family in the house and he requested two months for settlement of his all Goods somewhere else.

But now 4 moths are passed neither he is shifting his Goods somewhere else nor agree to pay rent of this period
He is also Giving threats to Me go and do whatever you can
I m paying heavy interest to bank' emi and in highly stress due to this


Please Suggest me ...

A.you open the registered deed and read it.
It says that on the date of registry, the seller given the possession to buyer.

so you made mistake.

But All those goods are yours now. you directly call police and throw him out. You can even put lock. or get inside house and start living and then call 100.
If he will file civil case claiming house was not sold, he have rights in house then he have to pay in end.

A.Hi,
After the registry is completed, you will have ownership and possession of the land. Send him a legal notice for possession, and if he does not comply, file a police report as well as an eviction and possession case in court.

A.Hi,
You will legally have ownership and possession of the land as soon as the registry is done. If he does not comply with the legal notice for possession, file a police complaint as well as an eviction and possession lawsuit in court.

You may approach police first then approach court by filing eviction suit.
