If the person wants to file for contested divorce and does not have any documents such as a marriage certificate or marriage pictures, spouse address proof. All the documents are hidden by the spouse such as mark sheets, government IDs, and even took away a big amount of money. Then how he/she can still apply for a contested divorce.
