A.Divorce allowed by court only is valid and recognised. So giving divorce on stamp paper is of no value and marriage does not dissolved by writing on stamp paper. You and your husband can live seperately and independently in order to avoid day today fight and torture.

A.Stamp paper par likhne se divorce nehi mil jata. Yeh ek court procedure hain, court se hi leni padhti hain. Do (2 types) tarah ki divorce hoti hain, ek mutual, jisme dono husband wife milkar apas me court se divorce mangte hain, aur ek hoti hain contested, yeh contested me agar koi ek party court na jaye to court ek paksh ko sunkar (ex parte) order kar deti hain. Aur iske saath maintenance bhi payi jati hain. Aap court jake koi civil lawyer se baat karein, woh aapko acchese guide kar payega.
Thank you.

A.Dekhiye hindu marriage act 1955 aise kisi divorce ko manayata nhi deta hai. Jo ki oral ho panchayati ho ya phir satamp paper par likha jaata hai. Hindues me divorce ka ek procedure diya hai jiske anusar koi bhi party divorce parapt kar sakti hai. Section 13.13b ke antargat aap court se petition dakhil karke divorce parapt kar sakte hai. Isliye divorce sirf court dawara hi diya jaa sakta hai kisi or ko ye adhikar nhi hai ki vah apne aap advocate ya judge ban jae.

A.Hi,
For getting divorce, there are some proceedings which need to be followed. You have to move to court and file an application for divorce. If both parties wants the divorce, then you can get divorce by mutual consent. cruelty is a ground for divorce so you can move on that ground.

A.Divorce has to be obtained from the Family Court or concerned district Court by following due legal process and cannot be obtained by putting terms and signing on stamp paper so do not fall to such traps by any person's claiming themselves to be lawyers. Stamp paper prr likhkr sign Karne se divorce Nahi hota, ek proper legal process follow Karke Court se divorce milta hai. Sap Kisi acche lawyer ko Milo Aapke area mei practice karnewale aur usse Aapka matter discuss Karo. Thank you.

A.Dear madam,
If you are in rural area and not intending to get married for second time then you can go for Divorce by signing on stamp paper. Other wise you have to file divorce case in family court and get a Legal Divorce on the grounds of cruelty.
