A.Hello Client,

Mother can sell her property freely as she inherited from her father. The children signature is not needed in the Deed. Mother can sell the property to any person she may want to.

Thank You.

A.Any property inherited by a mother from her father is not the ancestral property of the children. So Mother can sale her inherited property to any person of her choice in registered manner without any interference of her children . Therefore, children's signature/ written consent are not needed in that Sale Deed.

A.Dear Sir/Mam,

There is no mandate for the children to sign at the time of selling the property. As the property belongs to your mother so she is the one to sign the property papers.
