Follow to last . Sorry again. Hi, I stay in a flat from 16 years. This flat is in my aunt's and grandmother name. Grandmother has 2 daughters and 4 sons. Total 6 children of my grandmother. Two of son's expired. I am grandson whose father is expired. As I(grandson)am staying with my mother in this flat from 16 years , do my mother have a legal right on this property? My father expired before my grandmother.2 daughters of my grandmother i.e. my aunt's are alive(over 50 years old, married, have their married childrens). Aunt's after 40 years of marriage are now claiming on this property. In last 15 years ,my mother have done all maintenance and repair work. Paid all bills and staying there. Could you please let me know if my mother can claim full ownership on this property?
Please note:
1. my aunt is not willing to provide NOC. She is claiming right on this flat. She has done second marriage after expiry of my uncle.
2. My father, grandfather and grandmother expired. My father expired before grandmother.
3. Other 2 daughters and sons are also claiming on this flat. They all are married and staying at other locations. They are above 45 yr age.
4. Me and my mother staying in flat from 15 years.
Can my mother claim full ownership on this property. Can they all together legally sell this flat without our consent and throw us out.
Can they file a case against us and we have to vacate flat till resolution occurs?

A.Hello Sir
They have all rights file suit for the property but if so happens you could get permission from the court to stay in the house until the court decides the matter. You could file a suit for injunction to not vacate the property.

A.Hello
Yoh could surely claim that house. You could initiate a suit in the court to get the property divided by the court among all the legal heirs. As the property is in your aunt's name as well and as well as in your grandfather's name.
