My spouse doesn't talk at all. He will spend all his free time on netflix and he won't even communicate necessary things to me. Even i try talking to him, he will be annoyed most of time. I went to my parents house and stayed there for one month, I talked with him from there tried to meet him couple of times tried to resolve the matter, discussed my concerns then he started communicating for some time but again he is back to his old ways. We stayed under one roof for one month but no communication at all , no physical relationship even. Again i came back to my parents its been 3 weeks, he didn't try to reach out at all. I am tired of contacting him again n again and making him understand why communication and spending time is important. It looks like I don't exist at all for him. Can I ask for divorce on such grounds.?

A.Dear Madam,
Yes, such situations arise and courts recognise such situations as desertions and you can get divorce on the ground of desertion and mental cruelty.

I could have explained more if background is known to me.

Please give me FIVE STAR if satisfied by my answers.

A.Dear Client,
Yes you can opt for divorce on physical desertion but for that the physical abandonment should be a year long. You can opt for mutual consent divorce by telling your spouse about the problem.
Thank You
