My elder sister got married recently -This is an arrange marriage in In front of all family members it happen in Nagercoil Marriage hall on Feb 2021, Within 3 months we come to know about his true color he cheated on his education, on salary, daily doing mental torcher & demanded dowry with my sister -why no gold bangles not offered from your family, doing blackmails , always negative thoughts, he spoke bad words to my father, because of this marriage issues,, My father health condition went worst & lost him on May -Passed away -He told my father, he is eating in daughters money instead of that he can eat the shit so many words, threating my sister , myself lot of issue, he stolen my sister jewels. My sister not ready to live with him anymore-He will do anything for money , We need to file complaint & file divorce -Let me know how to proceed- We are helpless, 3 women's are struggling without any support. Now we are staying in kovai, Not sure where we need to lodge complaint either in Nagercoil/Kovai, from May 1st 2021 my sister in parents home. We blocked his contact number but still he is calling for different numbers & sending voice message & threating my sister. Please guide me what is the next step we have to do. We are from middle class family, Our father is everything for us . Now without him we are left helpless. Please help us.
