I with 1 sister and 7 brothers own an ancestrol property would like to know that if one of my brother got the Govt job of my father and is not sharing any of the benefits of the same to the remaining brothers ....then what should be the property distribution to be given to that brother??

A.dear client You cannot mix both of them in Law. The division of the ancestral property will have to be carried out as per the provisions of Law.

A.All will have the equal share in the property but generally in these kind of scenarios the legal heirs have an understanding and agreement that the one who gets the job will either forfeit his right or go fro lesser portion in the property. You may try to talk to your siblings and arrive at a solution.
