Hi, I am Shaelander Chauhan
My Grand Father Died in 1990 and Grandmother died in 2017 without any will. I want to know that can my aunt(Sister of my father) take share in this property.
The Property was Made by my grandfather it was not an ancestor property.

A.dear client absence of any will for the self purchased property of your grandparents, every legal heir of your grandparents get a equal right on the said property.

A.Since they died intestate and did not dispose their self acquired property so every legal heir is going to have rights on the property that includes your aunt too.
