Hi I got married to a Sikh Boy. Within 15 days of marriage we got to know he has an advanced eye disease keratoconus and both his eyes require corneal transplant and disease is genetic in nature. And the boy and his family already knew these facts and it was hidden from us. For this fraud will I be eligible for annulmen.Boy's family is ready for mutual consent divorce which is better option for me since I am already 31 yrs.
After the annulment, the status of the party becomes single or unmarried and after divorce, the parties become divorced.
Yes, Your marriage may be declared as Null and void or better go for mutual divorce.

Sir what more details are required married was done on 5 dec 2021 and we found out on 25 Dec and confirmed by second doctor on 31 dec 2021 and living seperately since 31 dec 2021
Annulment of marriage is possible when there is fraud involved in the marriage. Just you need to take care that concealment of the above disease amounts to fraud has to be established in the court. Incase your marriage has already been more than one year then you cannot go for annulment and MCD will be the best way for you.

Hi Sir it has been only Been 15 days and marriage was done on 5 dec 2021 and we got to know same confirmed by first doctor on 25 Dec 2021.And confirmed by another doctor on 31 dec 2021. We do have the medical reports as proof.

Also concealment of a disease which is genetic and left eyesight with glasses is 1/10.Also in 15 days this much damage is not possible as per doctors.
