Dear sir/medam, my father&mother gave more property to me than my sister and wrote an agreement regarding to that property before they died. Now does my sister have right to ask equal share

As per the facts which have been provided, if your parents have already made a will without mentioning her share then your sister doesn't have any share in the property.

A.From your contention it is not clear what agreement your parents had done in this regard. If it is their joint Will then your sister may raise question regarding the authenticity of that Will and may raise question before the Court of Law if the Execution had been done by the parents in proper manner and whether properly attested by the attesting Witnesses.
