I filed annulment petition 12 1 c against my wife for cheating me by concealing her past affair before marriage and continuing even after marriage.Her mother also knew about that affair as he used to go their house before marriage.I have photo of him with my wife and sister in their house. Now mediation failed and trial will start.I have to show evidences.I have her facebook chat before marriage where she wrote I love to him and also voice messages to him. After marriage my wife went to buy gold along with him and also her mother without telling me and also asked me to gpay money to his number.I have that gpay transaction proof.Also I have whatsapp chat between them where he wrote 2minuts and my wife wrote o.k.also she used to exploit me financially and i have done lot of online shopping for her and i have that proofs.im physically disabled working as scientist .Will these evidences are sufficient to prove that my wife and her family members cheated me exploited me financially and enjoyed with her boyfriend.
In the situation and facts described by you, annulment of marriage cannot be granted. Annulment is annulling the marriage which in this scenario cannot be done only on the basis of your wife's past relationship. However, you have all the rights for divorce on the basis of adultery, fraud and concealment of facts. All those proofs will definitely grant you relief.

What ever you have mentioned here mut be testified during the evidence stage and while examination your lawyer should be able to establish through these evidences two things;
1. That there was a relationship between the two which is still continued
2. That you were cheated by them ( fraud) to get the marriage annulled.
If you are taking the adultery route for you case then you need to file a divorce case wherein adultery is one of the grounds for divorce.

your wife's previous relationship with that men will have no bearing in the present annulment case.
Adultery is no more penal in india. Adultery is definitely one of the grounds for divorce but tough to prove.
If you could prove it then it will become easier.
