Advice on legal proceedings Advice on legal proceedings

I have been married for 2 months, my wife is torturing me mentally by mentioning my past affair from the last two months. I am not in a position to bear it anymore. I am getting suicidal thoughts, she is in her home and threatening me with legal action and she told me that she is pregnant. If she takes a legal action what are my options and what will happen.

A.Dear Sir,

Better you stay in PG centre for about 4 to 6 months and letter feel about your absence and not to provide any money to her and she may come to you and settle the matter.

Hi Sir,
She went to her home 10 days ago and didn't returned yet. She contacted my ex-girlfriends family members(relatives and to her husband) and forwarded all the proofs(chats) to them and told them so many lies(things which were not happened between me my ex gf). Now her husband is asking her for divorce. My wife also informed them that i asked her for divorce (we had no such convo). Our family is really worried about her way of doing things. Not sure what she will do once she comes here.

A.Dear Client,

As per the facts mentioned, if she trues to threaten you again then you can get the evidence and lodge a complaint of mental harassment at the police station. If she makes false allegations against you then you’ll have to contest them before the court of law with the help of an advocate.

A.First of all, you must visit a family counselor or psychiatrist for changing your way of thinking so that you never harm yourself in future and keep all such treatment records with you only which will be used as a documentary evidence against your wife for doing mental torture. If your wife again threatens you, then kindly record her statements and inform your local police about the same. If she falsely alleges you against crimes falling under 498A, Domestic Violence Act, Dowry Act, etc. then you have to take bail from the court and contest those cases against your wife with the help of an advocate. Therefore I will suggest you to consult with an advocate at earliest and take necessary steps against your wife as per your advocate's suggestion so that she cannot falsely allege you so easily.
