Elections are being conducted for my housing society
2 years ago
Elections are being conducted for my housing society. the election officer has send notification before the minutes of the GBM was sent out where it had to be announced that he is the election officer and also the notification was just sent via email and was not put up on the notice board. Even the election dates were not mention and time to submit nomination was only 2 days. Is it a fair way to conduct elections? can this be taken to court and get it cancelled that it was not fairly conducted?
A.Dear Client,
You can get a legal notice issued against the election officer. You may also lodge a complaint against the deputy registrar of the department.
