Need to Cancel Notarised article 4 Affidavit Need to Cancel Notarised article 4 Affidavit

My father has this House built by him in my native village around late1980s(btwn 1985-1987). Till 2012 the House was on his name with no other co-owners...my father's elder brother family used to stay in this house as my father shifted to city in 1992.
Until 2012 all was well but in 2013 after my uncle's death his sons continue to stay and requested my father to get the property divided into 3 parts and include their names as co-owners as they are not getting ration card ,electricity bill,etc...in their name. So, my father given a written affidavit article 4 stating that the property has to be divided into 3 parts (my fathers and other 2 parts on uncle's sons ) in 2013..Now they have built the extended houses on open space to the old house and blocked our entire way and arguing that entire property belongs to only 2 of them.

Please suggest, i want that affidavit to be cancelled /revoked which was done in 2013..(i have only xerox copy of the notarised affidavit ,original copy ia with my uncle's son).

Also help me what all options i have now. (Note: my fathers name is still present as one of the co-owner im village panchayat)
