1.brainwashing his 3 sisters & 2 brothers
2.Just giving 10k for each sister and 70k to only his next brother and giving lots of fake commitments that he will take care in future
3.I am younger brother and he didn't give any single amount for me
So many times I asked to settle the amount ,eveytime he told financialy
stuck with family issues he will settle later.Year 2008 I fedup ,asked to give back my share of lands ,shouted  and said finally give later  ,i escalated this to his elder son who is working in singapore ,he replied by mail that the issue is between you and your brother I can't give single rupee. Also my father is no meaning to me why I have to pay for him.

A.You can find a good property advocate , send a legal notice to your brother as the partition was not acted upon, and also alleging that it is an unfair partition and go to court to reopen the partition.

thanks madam,
i need few more clarity before proceeding,
- Elder brother (who is cheating us) was registered the lands multiple times to his wife name then to both his sons name frequently after we started asking our share. will it be a problem for us , still we can file the case and get our share?
- second brother is not interested to file case who got 70k , but leaving him shall rest all the 3 sisters and my self can file the case? or need to include him.
- Even if we file the case thro good /strong lawyer(with the evidence for not paying any amount and not ready to give our share) , shall we get our share ? would like to have your views please

kindly reply mam.

Of course you can file without him. In fact, you can file a partition suit as a single plaintiff also.
The advise to join everyone, is only for strengthening the case.
