Quietly Sale deed registration through old deed Quietly Sale deed registration through old deed

I have a land in West Bengal,
My Grandfather had purchased the Land in 1970 and in the LR settlement (1980) the land erroneously recorded in the name of West Bengal Government in LR porcha.
Against this my father filled a title suit in Munsif Court and the court decreed in his favour.
The land still is in name of Government in BL&LRO record.
A person mischiefly executed a sale deed in his name by my Grandfather when he was very old showing the deed of 1970.
The person is claiming the land by his deed but the land is still in the name of Government in records.
Pls help sir how to recover from this problem.

A.Dear Client,

It is has to go through trial before the Civil Court as such it takes more and more time. If you are in possession of the property then enjoy the same by prolonging the matter otherwise just drop to contest the case.
