Can i live with my partner whose divorce is pending in court from last 2 years ?
I am a 26 years old unmarried girl and in love with a man whose divorce case is pending in court from last 2-2.5 years. His wife is not ready to leave him as they were demanding a huge sum of amount . now we decided to live in together as in live-in relationship. but i am worried if he'll get into more trouble legally ? please give advice on same
A.Dear Madam,
You cannot live with him and it cannot be called as “Live-in Relationship”. Both of you will be in trouble if divorce is not granted in the near future or if granted in favour of your boyfriend but wife take the matter to the High Court then it would be a big problem for you.

A.Dear Client
There is no major issues in staying together with him but understand that this fact might be used by his wife's lawyer in their favour. Moreover you cannot establish conjugal rights before the divorce decree.
