Sir, I want to know that if there are two sons of a mother and she owns a house and she mentions the name of only elder son on the will and if the younger son dies, so whether the children and wife of deceased son can claim for their share of property or not?

A.dear client yes the younger son has equal rights over he property then after the death of the younger son the legal heirs of the son will have equal rights.
