My sister's husband is a fraud and abusive man My sister's husband is a fraud and abusive man

My sister is married since 9 years and having a 7 year old baby. Her husband is a fraud and abusive man. He does not take any responsibility of his wife and his child. We are taking care of her and child since marriage. My sister don't want to countinue the marriage since he is a burden and involve in many illegal activities ( theft, and fraud) and also have a police case against him. My sister needs to know a quick way to end this marriage and wants to know her and her child rights.
Let me know what is best for her. Since she has a child with her it's hard to manage as a single mother.

A.Dear Client, Your sister can file a complaint in case she suffered some abuse and if not then you can file a case for the same and then a separate one for child custody.

A.Dear Sir,
Your sister can file multiple cases against him and get monthly maintenance for herself and her child or permanent alimony on divorce.
