My wife had filed a domestic violence complaint against me and my parents
We also had put a complaint against her afterwards for theft but police has filed both the cases. Now my wife is asking for Streedhan and right to residence and says she had filed a dv complaint but we never tried to compromise instead we put counter complaints against her she says she doesn’t want divorce
Now what can be done ???
Will court grant me divorce or will it be in her favour???

A.Dear Client,
Stridhan is an exclusive right of the woman. She would be entitled to her Stridhan. However, if the allegations by your wife are false then adequate action can be taken against her.
